Rozum.sh
Terms of Use
These terms set the rules for using Rozum.sh to organize YouTube learning content and track learning progress.
Effective date: July 8, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Rozum.sh, a service for organizing YouTube videos and playlists into learning courses and tracking learning progress. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Because Rozum.sh uses YouTube API Services and embedded YouTube playback, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
The Service
Rozum.sh allows users to save YouTube video and playlist links, create course-like structures from available YouTube metadata, navigate chapters, and track completion progress. The service does not host YouTube videos and does not own or control third-party video content.
Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass service limits, interfere with service operation, scrape the service, overload infrastructure, or access data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not submit links or use content in a way that violates YouTube's terms, third-party rights, or applicable law.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
YouTube and Third-Party Content
YouTube content remains subject to YouTube's terms, policies, availability, and rights controls. Videos, playlists, metadata, thumbnails, channels, and embedded playback may change, become unavailable, or behave differently based on YouTube's platform decisions and the content owner's settings.
Rozum.sh is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of YouTube content through the service complies with applicable third-party terms and laws.
User Data and Saved Content
Users keep responsibility for the links they save and the way they use course, playlist, and progress features. By submitting a YouTube link, you authorize us to process that link and related metadata as needed to provide the service.
We may remove or restrict saved content or account access if necessary to comply with law, protect the service, respond to third-party claims, or enforce these Terms.
Plans, Limits, and Changes
The service may include free plans, usage limits, feature limits, or future paid features. Current limits may change as the product develops. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
Rozum.sh, including its software, interface, branding, design, and original materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any third-party content to users.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to the service. By using the service, you also acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your profile from the profile page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation of the service or a feature is no longer practical.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that YouTube content, metadata, chapters, progress features, or third-party integrations will always be accurate, available, complete, or compatible with every user need.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service or these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or another appropriate method. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
